World's First R35 Nissan GT-R Police Car!

I wonder if its real or a publicity stunt. We've seen all those lambo, R-34, and etc. police cars..but they're more for image vs. actual pursuit. But due to this GT-R's location..it might actually be real..

^^that
As for this GTR, I do believe they NEED it. Imagine trying to chase down a 911 turbo with a Ford Taurus... aint happenin. |

The Lambo "police car" is actually used for high-speed organ deliveries, or so I remember reading.
"It won't be a mere panda car, with high-speed motorway use its specialty. As well as chasing down crims it comes complete with a defibrillator and the ability to transport emergency blood transfusions, making it a potential lifesaver, too. It's not the first Gallardo to make it into police service - the Rome police force has ran an original-spec car for over four years, clocking up almost 87,000 miles while another baby Lambo has been used in Bologna since 2005, boasting over 62,000 miles. A bit of blue-light service seems to have proven the reliability of these modern-day Lamborghinis - can you imagine a Countach clocking up the best part of 100k miles of high-speed chasing?" source |
