No one seems to mind when an ITR goes for $40k, but some are surprised when a low mile RX-7 fetches almost $50k. Odd. Hell, some CR's have gone for that kind of money.

I agree the RX-7 is a classic, and this example is more museum quality than driver, which is why it's probably going into a garage versus a road trip. It is noe that some of these cars are preserved, but I'd rather see them driven.

I will agree that a $40k ITR is even more ridiculous than a $55k RX7. While we are at it, let's toss the NSX and MK4 Supra into the insanely overpriced category. I don't really understand the value of old muscle cars, either. I sure would like to own any of these cars so I could sell them for the small fortune they are worth!
