2004 BMW Z4. What do you know?

Well, I looked at the car yesterday. Its the 2.5i. I didn't realize the 2.5 was a 6 cylinder as well so I assumed it was the 3.0 when told it was a 6. The car is very clean inside and out for its age and mileage and its a 2003, not 2004. The top doesn't work but its in great shape, like new. The passenger side window also does not work. Other than that its a nice car. 92k miles. For $3000 I'm wondering if I could repair the issues and flip it. They seem to be going for around $5500-$6500 in similar shape.

I swear half of these for sale used have inoperable tops. Car throttle had an article the other day about 4 good examples for sale cheap in the UK and 2 had broken tops. Everyone says it works fine by hand, it seems just ripping out the top motors is probably job number one in these things.
