Would an aftermarket exahust from a 2003 f20 fit my 06 f22

I believe the mounting points and everything are identical (please correct me if I'm wrong), but if you don't mind me asking, why are you looking to do this? The round AP1 tips would look a little strange coming out of the oval AP2 openings, and I don't think you would see any gains or lose any weight.

Some of them will work, some will not. Depends on the brand. The tunnel changed on the +06 cars and some aftermarket exhausts will hit the tunnel.

rjones...im looking at an HKS High Power any input there..most i see say it only fits 00-05 doesnt make much sence to me???

Hes right.

If its a HKS, im almost positive it doesnt fit.
