love my 05... granted power is missing, but that's not why I got the Element. I like the facelift the 09's are getting.

What kind of mileage do the Elements get? Both regular and SC's.

I averaged a good 25-26mpg on my '05 Element EX (2WD). I had about 70k miles on my ELEMENT when I sold her in November of '07. Never a single problem (true to Honda).

I've had an SC for a year and a half now - I get about 22mpg consistently, but I'm always just driving locally. When I do take it on road trips, I can get up to 28mpg.

How did your 2WD Element fare in the road conditions you drove in? Any snow/gravel experience or just streets?
