Default 2010 MDX

As some of you may or may not remember, I was looking for a third car, and really liked the Audi A4. As much as I still love Audi, due to their sh!tty residuals, their lease deals, for the most part, suck. Not only that, Audi's have become INSANELY popular, and almost every dealer I have been to (including NY, NJ, Miami) sell them SO fast, that they don't have any stock. Thus, there is ABSOLUTELY no wiggle room if one wants one.

Besides my s2000, I also own a 2009 CR-V EX-L, that I am just going to give to the wife. The one huge thing I LOVE about it (ok, maybe 2) is the tall seating position, and in NY/NJ, I don't have to Mario Andretti my way around potholes like I have to with my s2000.

So lately, I've been eyeing a 2010 MDX. While the looks are...whatever, they are not enough to "just say no." Reading all the reviews, other than the gas mileage, they seem stellar.

I wanted to know if anyone here has any opinions on this car.

My friend threw up in one. Said it was nice inside before, however.

My uncle has one. The exterior is ok looking but the interior is really nice. Have u considered the zdx? Pics just don't it justice. Looks much better in person.

The ZDX is the dumbest car in history, next to the X6. They are completely pointless cars, and you would have to be a total dunce to get one for $1000 a month.

Their back seats are useless for anyone over 5'6", and their cargo room is smaller than a priest's anus.

I think the MDX is pretty cool, and will look at one closer when it comes time to replace my wife's car w/ a bigger family hauler.

Just beware that in addition to the fuel economy hit, IIRC they require premium fuel.

My dad's got a 2010 and i have a 2004. The only complaint i have is the crappy ground clearance. For the money it is probably the best luxury suv.

I think if I were looking at an SUV as a second car, I'd look at Land Rover; I like their character and amenities. Do you have a price range you're looking at?

ok I'm not stalking you or anything but in another thread, you stated that a 135i was like "a girl w/ a pee pee" and now this.... I'm not judging, just sayin....

Anyway the mdx great, I absolutely love the one my friend has... interior is great and we used it to transport my f20c to the shop. Roomy comfortable and handles reasonably well for what it is. Only SUV I genuinely can se myself owning.
