Yowzers.
If I remember correctly, a few magazines had overheating issues with the engine on the 2010s, plus brakes weren't fade free. Fixing just those two alone would help raise and maintain lap times.

I think this just shows how lacking they were in the track performance department. Anyways, glad the engineers finally see the importance of light weight (read something about 120lbs lighter, estimated to shed 3 seconds off laptime and shed 9 instead). A little late but still improvement.
