ISF, is what I meant.

Yeah, I suppose pedigree was not the right word and yes, I was comparing new to used, which is not quite fair.

Funny that you guys don't seem to care about what I was trying to say and instead just pick apart my mistakes and in-accurate use of words.

so, really what is your evaluation of my opinion regarding this matter?

Well, what you basically said is that the Mustang is too common and that's what prevents you from liking it. You'd rather driver an inferior rare car than a superior common car. You care less about the substance of the car than about how much the car stands out. That's fine, but it's not what the Mustang is -- at least from the factory anyway. If you're just looking for a car that is rare that will stand out the Mustang isn't it.

Also, it's "inaccurate" not in-accurate. =D

^That pretty much sums it up. It's true that Mustang is such a common car, but this time its goodness is a bit too hard to resist.

Mustangs might be common, but if you supercharge it, it won't be common anymore

S/C stangs are dime-a-dozen.

i didn't realize that 600+ horsepower mustangs are all that common, regardless of how they got to that power level. but I do concede your point

I guess it depends on what crowd your familiar with. If you go to Mustang meets, yeah.. you see many, many S/C stangs. But turbo stangs- very rare, and scary fast if done right. I think with the potential of these 5.0 engines and with import guys jumping ship, we're going to see alot more turbo stangs roaming around.
