Pshhh no M3 love? Used M3s are going for <19,000 get a sick ass clean e46. One of the greatest cars of all time. + flappy paddles! 333hp 17-19mpg

If you really want a car payment, I'd go with a C6. They are in your price point. Very fast stock with the ability to get nearly 30 MPG. Nice creature comforts like HIDs/Targa/SatNav. Plus maintenance won't set you back all that much.
