I had an issue like that with my previous Lexus IS300. The dealership wouldn't do anything for me so I wrote a letter to Lexus themselves. It ended up getting me like a 75% reimbursement on the tires directly from them. If the dealership doesn't make it right and you want to take it that far, consider writting acura themselves an e-mail.

There's no question that Acura will check the alignment and adjust for free. The outcome of the their adjustment will dictate whether you get tires out of them or not.

You'll get 50/50 on tires unless you're pretty demanded in a good way, then they may pop for them.

We have been taking my wifes MDX there for 3+ years and my S2000's almost always go to Rahal Honda so hopefully they recognize that they will be shooting themselves in the foot if they try to screw around much.

I got an email from a different guy with almost the same exact problem on his 2004 NSX so I am taking that with me as well.

How can I afford "GRILLS" if i got's to spend all my dough on tires...

Sounds like a problem with negative camber.

Same problem here on a 2004. Front tires have very uneven wear (I think it is on the inside as well). Let me know what happens.

Definitely sounds like an alignment issue. How are the rears?

Good luck on getting this fixed.
