Ford has completely earned my respect in all of this. I commend them for choosing the route they chose and they should be rewarded by the people with new business. I happen to like the new Mustang. Once the Coyote V8 is shoe-horned in the GT...it will be the boss hoss.

what i heard was that GM has dropped pontiac, hummer, saturn, and sabb. They will be keeping chevy, GMC, buick, and cadillac.

Saab, Saturn, Hummer are unknowns. If they can't spin them off or find a buyer, they will phase them out.

Think they will sell off vechiles for dirt cheap from these dropped brands?

So far they aren't dealing much. I have been pricing out G8's and the best I've been offered is 1-2k off of invoice.

looks like an escapegoat. GM should have set up better contracts with the unions IMO
