Yes they are. 22x10.5 with 305 tires. It fits the Jeep perfectly.

And here is my 5year update on this thing. We still own the Jeep which currently sits around 75k. Unfortunately it went through a lot of warranty work in the past two years which include a new long block due to lifters, new dash, new carbon fiber interior pieces( which seem to be delaminating again), new steering clock spring, and redid the brakes. Other issues not fixed yet is the stiffer suspension feel. I believe the shocks maybe on there way out. But with this being said the Jeep has never left us stranded and FCA took care of all of the issues with 0 cost to me. So overall I am still happy with it and wife still likes driving it. I still would recommend the beast but make sure you have a good warranty with the 392. Here is a current pic to keep up with my log.

Looking good!

I recently rolled 60k miles in mine and still haven't had any issues apart from the blower motor going last week. Hoping the supposedly updated lifters in the 17+s prevent that failure but I still have another two yrs of extended warranty anyways. I've done pads/rotors, spark plugs, and flushed the diff and t-case, so hopefully no big maintenance/repairs coming up. Mod bug was limited to a Borla S-type catback, summer wheels, and a catch can.

Good looking rig, I love the 17+ front bumpers. I need to test drive a newer one just to see how different they may feel.
