Took our first trip in the E up to lake Tahoe to play in the snow, it ran flawlessly. I got about 20-21mpg on my first tank including the drive up the hill (6000'+ elevation gain), on the way back down I don't think I burned hardly any gas so it'll be interesting to see what the average is. The power feels 'adequate' at sea level but a little pokey at 6250 feet. The gearing is super short though so it makes good use of the torque that is there.
Enjoying it so far, the steering is a little vague on center, but it handles flat. I wish it went over bumps with less crashyness, it's very truck like in that aspect. https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...224bcd1277.png |
Looks like a great do-it-all hauler -- congrats! How well-placed is that shifter? I was impressed with the bizarre-appearing EP3 shifter -- it fell to hand perfectly.
