Stupid. He could be cited for a much more practical and applicable offense - public intox, pedestrian in highway, whatever... but DUI in a Barbie car. Wow.

its not just because he was "driving"...

i had a buddy who drove his truck to the bar, had his bicycle in the bed to ride home when he got drunk... got pulled over and got a DUI.
