seriously? i didn't think it was possible to get a DUI if it does not require a license to drive it. granted, he shouldn't have been in the middle of the street with that thing, but still.

At least they take DUI seriously. He would have to kill someone in the US to get that kind of punishment.

Exactly. I always wondered how the court could justify taking someone's license away for a DUI on a bicycle: technically, after their license is gone, they still can legally operate on the road the same vehicle (the bicycle) they were cited for, as it doesn't require a license.
