If you are looking at $35k OTD then you may want to consider a 128i. There won't be invoice pricing on this car for a long time. They are still selling the 335i for above invoice and even above MSRP and its 2 years old.
BMW has consistently said msrp will be mid 30s. there is no reason to believe $35k is impossible in the first year for 135.

Regardless, the kraftwerks s/c interests me most now.
