i just recently read about a M8...M version of the 8 series, which was supposed to have a detuned version of the engine that eventually went into the Mclaren F1....would have been pretty crazy if bmw actually carried through and produced the M8...

sorry a bit OT. but i suppose we're talkin about crazy and rare bmw cars here :D

awesome episode btw. gave me something to do other than working lol

Maybe the Z version with the new V10 engine, but I wonder why since the Z8 was a sales dog. Maybe they made the car a bit more conventional this time.
