C&D comparo: Hyundai Sonata beats Accord & Legacy!
 

C&D friggin loves anything Honda, especially the Accord - it's been their 10Best like 30+ times?? lol

and now 2011 Hyundai Sonata beats it out on a head to head comparison test, C&D first. Hyundai is on a roll, but it's time Honda gets their $hit together pronto and bring out cars that don't look like turd on wheels

good, maybe this'll wake them up. They may not care about making the best sports cars, but the Accord name being "slandered" is a kick in the nuts

Don't worry, Honda's got the squiggly H upstart beat on cars nobody asked for.

Well also keep in mind that the accord isnt a brand spanking new for 2010 model, has been out for a lil bit now, and hyundai benefitted from being able to study off it for a bit before they launched theirs. I'm not worried for honda, they make solid products for the most part. Toyota on the other hand...

Did anyone actually read the article? It read like pure BS the whole time.

After reading it, the subaru appears to be the winner (let alone the fact they used the base model yet used the SE and EX models of the hyundai and honda).

After that Hyundai has been used for 4 years lets see the comparison. Look at some of the previous Hyundais. The last Sonata looks like the 2005 Accord, Kia(Hyundai off brand) has a new car that the first time I saw one I swore it was a Subaru.

I think C&D forgets (or simply ignores) who the target market is for a low priced, mid-sized sedan.

The Subaru (which finished last) was the most comfortable, the least expensive and got the best fuel economy. Saying the CVT was "not satisfying to a crew spoiled by double-clutch automated manuals" is really meaningless to most people shopping these cars.

Saw this one coming...

I'd take the Subaru :D
