i am interested in selling my LS400 in order to get a s2000. but i have already sold two cars this year in california. a 88 mitsubishi starion and a 00 civic si.

now i need to sell my LS400.

do you know the max amount of cars a private party can sell before they are considered a dealer?

i dont want to get stiffed with large penalties.
