Default Car choices hard decision

Opionions request for this:

You own an S2000. You want a second car in the family. No kids. What would you get? Budget is around $35K.

2006 G35 Coupe with 0 miles
2003 Porsche Boxster S with ~30,000 miles

Suck it up and get a new Mercedes SLK (~$10K more then want to spend) because the car would be worth it?

Depends on what you want. In that situation, I'd probably opt for the G35 since it has a little bit of a back seat to allow you some flexibility in hauling folks.

yea it definately seems like the G has the "sensibility" part going for it. but it seems like it could get boring pretty quickly.

be sure to test drive it first.
I'm in a similar situation: Civic and S2000 but want a nicer daily driver. Got the 2005G35Coupe but kinda regretting it b/c it's so big, it feels like a boat. Keep thinking that I should have gotten a Mini Cooper

I'd get a new 330i, I like the 330i better than the G35c.

BS is too much like an S2000 unless you are going to get rid of the S2000.

SLK350 is a great car, again if you're going to get rid of the S2000 not a great choice if you're going to have 2 roadsters. Also look at the options it's easy to get a SLK350 over $50K

Kinda depends what the "point" of the second car is (do you really need an s2k and a boxter?), but somehow the idea of an s2k and an Evo/Sti sounds pretty good. I have to admit, I haven't driven the evo or the sti and I know the mitsu stigma, but in theory it would seem like a good combo.
