Why is the Rx-8 not respected?!?! its a great car for what this guy wants. Great interior, seats 4 comfortably, fairly fast, very fun to drive, and has a 9k redline!!! whats not to like!!?? have you ever driven one??
underpowered and has problems starting when it's cold. Also, consumes lots of oil, it's a PIA to reach the oil fill. did i mention underpowered??

Opionions request for this:

You own an S2000. You want a second car in the family. No kids. What would you get? Budget is around $35K.

2006 G35 Coupe with 0 miles
2003 Porsche Boxster S with ~30,000 miles

Suck it up and get a new Mercedes SLK (~$10K more then want to spend) because the car would be worth it?
Why do you want a second car? Are you seriously thinking about owning two 2-seat convertibles? Whatever for?

For what it's worth, I got a Tacoma S-Runner because it's fun/easy/cheap to drive and can haul plenty of housewares and camping gear.

i would try G35 coupe 6MT
if u already have S2k.... G would be perfect daily commuting car...

i dont know about porsche cuz never driven one so this could be biased
but as far as G35 i would defy recommend one... but make sure u get 6MT though auto is too slow
You know good and well the G35 auto or manual is slow
thats why you sold yours so quick

Ditto, I got a truck too. Can't beat it for hauling stuff when you need to!
