Chevrolet SS

  • Upcoming manual transmission
  • Magnetic ride control
  • Brembo brakes
  • Sleeper look
Anyone else interested?

front end reminds me of a grown up cobalt ss, would much rather have a used cts-v.

GM really knows how to pack some serious hardware into a vehicle and be competitive but would it really kill their sales to charge a few grand more and not have the headlights/tail lights and sheet metal look so generic.

The proportions look a lot like the pontiac G8...especially that bottom picture. If it turns out anything like the G8 it could be very good.

Bringing another Holden over, then?

Chevy paid me $100 to test drive a car, so I tried the SS. Meh. Felt like a decent car but nothing special. Who really wants or needs that engine in a big sedan. 14mpg city. $48k sticker.

I hate to dog on any car where a manufacturer takes a risk, but that is just too boring. It's not remotely stylish; just a generic car.
