It is. He was a supporting vendor and longtime member of that board (as well as its sister boards), and the mods confirmed his IP address is the same as the one all the supporting vendor info came from, AND people have dealt with him on the board via PM to set up car mods.

Besides, apparently this isn't his first public meltdown on an internet forum.
