I saw a no options car lightly used go for 140's I think 145 on RL a while ago. If you have a spot you can order a new one for that. The 170k cars all have lots of options or mark up over sticker.

I’m a 90’s and older Ferrari guy so don’t follow the market on the newer stuff and I was surprised to see what these are selling for. Relatively speaking it’s a lot of car for the money. I’m assuming you realize it’s a paddle shift and not a manual like stated in the ad.
If you haven’t already check out ferrarichat and do some research on what repair costs are on these. My advice would be make sure you drive it before you buy to see if it feels right for you.
