Thanks all! I hear you on the game changer aspect. My buddy went for a ride with Theo Klein, an excellent driver, in Theo’s rental school GT3RS around the Nurburgring. Suffice to say, my buddy’s ZL1 1LE wasn’t quite as exciting once he got back to the states . He wants a GT3 now. That said the 1LE is a beast of a car and he still loves it for now.

The ZR1 feels faster rolling acceleration, but make no mistake, this 4.0 9000rpm flat six and 7-speed PDK-S is very capable. It builds speed very fast and sounds incredible as you climb to redline.

These cars are hard hard to buy especially at MSRP. Many go over. I got lucky to have a good salesman and dealership with a good relationship so I got MSRP with no strings attached. Definitely lucky and thankful.
Awesome, Corey. I'm happy for you. You're a good dude and you deserve it.

I can't wait to hear how it stacks up to your ZR-1 on track. You were setting the world on fire in that thing. Haha.

Congratulations!

I've inquired at multiple dealers here in Socal for a GT3 but all are asking north of $20k... I absolutely refuse to pay a penny more over MSRP so im going to be patient and hold off until I get one. Most out of state dealers won't deal with a complete stranger that's out of state... They have their own local clients they need to cater to and i totally understand that.

Im a little reluctant to let the GT4 go... I may do it for an open allocation on a GT3 I can spec. We'll see, im a little hesitant on spending that kind of cash at this time.

Look forward to seeing more pictures. Congrats again bud.

P.S... C7 ZR1 coming... Are you buying??

Very nice! GT3 just keeps getting better and better. I like a nice manual but in certain cars the flappy paddle setups just plain work. My F80 M3, for one. Enjoy it, the GT3 pretty much sits alone on my bucket list at this point.
