What would be best strategy for stage 3 clutch for Someone who newer drivin manual before?
I'd maybe look into having the clutch replaced with an OEM clutch. Pretty pointless to have that clutch in there and probably not the most pleasant thing to learn on. I basically leaded to drive stick in my S2000 as it was the first manual car I ever owned. Had a friend teach me on a Saturday morning in his Civic SI and then the next weekend I was out test driving cars. The OEM S2000 clutch provides a lot of feedback but I know some of these aftermarket clutches are pretty unforgiving.

I learned how to drive a stick while test driving a 1995 Mustang GT. I remember the look on the salesman's face as the test drive began when I stated that I had only driven a stick in video games. It went amazingly well and I have had a manual of some sort for the last 23 years and counting.
As others have stated, it just takes practice in a parking lot to get a feel for it. Save the stops on inclines for later.
