I totally agree. Aston makes some beautiful cars but they all do look very similiar which I guess is good because they have a great thing going on. Don't mess with the recipe.
Btw that is a very nice looking 911 in your avatar. Care to elaborate on it?

I'm going to assume you aren't including the used market. I could've bought a Vantage for the same money as the Giulia, kinda like you buying yours used. At the end of the day, $50k is $50k.

No, I meant new. 50K for an out of warranty exotic car and 50K new car are very far apart. Take for instance on my Rapide, I needed a new front speaker cover (B&O stereo). That plastic with thin metal part is $800. No speaker cover on any 50K new car is even a quarter that. A 200k+ car has 200k+ car repair bills for the life the car. That never changes.

You can't turn off assists in any version of that car? That's the 2nd deal breaker for me (first is no manual option). Beautiful cars. I wanted a 4C really bad as well, but they had to give it that terrible transmission. So close, yet so far.

It's marketing. No one in North America wants a stick shift car other than us and we're too low a number to be statistically significant. And the good paddle shifters will leave a stick behind at every traffic light.
Always loved the Alfa while hating the lack of reliability or even parts. Dealer here in Richmond has a couple dozen 2017 models with 2018 asking prices. I prefer to keep my car loans lower than my house payment...

This is a good point, but I couldn't resist given he has an Aston!
