I have a Rio Yellow AP2 right now. But I've been seriously considering selling it for an Alpine White E46 M3. I love white cars. My AP2 isn't GPW because my car was too clean to pass up. After seeing nichigo's pictures in the Gallery section of s2kmikey's GPW AP2, I'm torn between the AP2 and E46.

Anyways, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I know both cars are in two totally different classes but let's just ignore that little detail right now.

Which one is more baller status? Both are seriously sexy!

I've had my s2k for 4 years as a DD. The BMW is definitely more Pimp. Totally different driving experiences. When I sell in less than a year I'm going a TOTALLY different route. It dosent hurt to switch it up.

if you're going for status I'd go with the M3....even to non-enthusiasts its still a bimmer. If money's not a concern go with the M3, love that car.

Did you just seriously ask if a BMW was more baller than a Honda? With the possible exception of an NSX anything semi-new with a BMW wins in pretentiousness. If that's all you're going for just get a 2005 525i, it'll cost less and to your average person new model 5 series > old 3 series.

Get the M3.

S2000 is more fun to drive IMHO but the M3 is sexier and more pimpin

The M3 would be a couple notches above the S2k. It'll definitely get you more attention. One thing to keep in mind is the potential cost of maintaining one. I looked into getting an E46 to replace my Evo and I've read some horror stories of how expensive the parts are for maintenance and for performance mods.

Drive the M3 - the S2000 has a lot of advantages over the M3 mostly in terms of price and reliability but also top down fun. If I could afford it and was looking for a DD it'd be the M3 or G8 GT.
