I really liked the borla sound . I went between borla and the ets. The ets had a little to much drone.

Why? You already have a heavily modded Evo 8.
You essentially picked up an Evo8 that's heavier with a less reliable motor and some fancy creature comforts...
I'm assuming you spent somewhere in the ball park region of $40K, there are quite a few options available in that range. What was your criteria that drove you to get such a similar car?

I went to the dealer to initially buy a 2017 sti. The day I go to buy it , they sold it already . The sales man tells me all the benefits of the new wrx. Twin scroll turbo etc etc. I bought a fully loaded one. About 2 months later they get a 2018 white sti with the recaros package . I test drove it and fell in love . I loved driving the STI. But it didn't make sense for me to trade the wrx. They end up selling the sti. Fast forward to now. I drove by the dealership and they had another white sti. I remembered how much I enjoyed it and white was the only color i wanted . So this time i jumped on it. Was it smart? Nope. I lost alot on the trade in, but I wanted it since I drove it.
the sti cost me a little over 35k. It was stickered for 37,063
