G35 (skyline) vs S2k (and some other cars) Best motoring video
http://abox.no-ip.com:12300/video/rx8g35_3.avi
G35 vs S2k
takes a while to download. (right click and save as) DivX is required

The s won in the end, the G35 started near the rear of the pack.. interesting how it ended though.

BTW I've seen an auto g35 crush an 2sk in 2 of 2 runs (obviously because the s2k driver couldn't launch very well) In real world driving the G35 is much easier to drive, but like the other guy said, If you beat a G35 5 times in one day you'll probrably be replacing your clutch soon.

Come on, that is silly talk. The S2000 definitely feels better in the twisties, but this is even more of a drivers race to say that. I won't cite examples, but I have no problems keeping up with, or running up on S2000s in the twisties, and vice versa them on me.

[QUOTE=suvh8r,Aug 19 2004, 06:30 AM] For 2005, G35s will be getting between 290-300 hp, making them a bit faster (probably Z fast).

There was one with the S2000, 350z, and the M3, I believe, and the Z came out on top. It was a long time ago, the M3 might not have been in there. I just remember it was controversial because people felt the 350 shouldn't be able to hang with one of the cars, and beat it. I'll see if I can find the video I am remembering.

I have encountered some fast G35 coupes. maybe they had aftermarket work done under the hood because they looked awfully tricked out on the outside.

i also saw a G35 coupe where the guy ordered skyline badges from Nissan.
