Yeah but that brings me back to the title of my thread "Ish. New Accord." I don't want the powertrain in the Accord. It is ugly. Prelude/RSX replacement or bust. But I think the next DD will be a Golf R anyway.

Or Honda could make the "Sport" trim actually mean something and give it another 25 HP from the factory. But yes, if all else fails, and if the handling is there (and it's a little lighter--I haven't checked the stats), then Hondata would do it.

Saw the new Camry on the road today, looks a lot better, this new accord may be in trouble as far as looks go.

Uh-uh. New Camry's front is horrible. IMO. The rear isn't bad, though.

Can't stand the sporty Camry's fake vents and quad exhaust at the rear. What are those vents supposed to be venting? Why do they look so random?
