Leno Drives Mercedes SLS AMG

first of all, good luck hitting those streets without getting stuck behind some slowpoke, second, the cops know thats where people speed and they definately hang out there, third, those streets really arent that great, but its the best you can find in LA so they get all the glory. fourth, that engine sounded gnarly....

that is one of the best aural display my ears have ever been blessed with. damn, color me impressed!!!
and ditto above comment. The last time i went to mulholland dr. in my Evo IX there were a ton of cars there, and this big truck even lost traction during one of the corners...it was scaring seeing the rear end of that thing slide around.
also saw a rider fall during a corner, had to get off the car to make sure he's ok...definitely not for the faint of heart, that road.
my Evo did just fine though
too bad it sounded nothing remotely close to the SLS lol

The sound really doesn't do much for me. I'm not a deep exhaust tone fan. Rather have the sonic pitch of a Ferrari, LFA, HSV...

It's got a 7 speed double clutch gearbox. Leno even mentions the gearbox at about 5:15. It's not an automatic. It is a great sounding car, but I wish that more of the car would have been shown.
