I agree with this. It doesn't make sense when the RCF already exists. If this car is lighter, through the use of exotic materials, then I can understand the justification for the higher price. Otherwise, no.

RCF is a smaller car. This is essentially an alternative to a 6 series and the S Class coupe. As long as Lexus do an F version to compete against the AMB and M versions, it'll do fine.

I wonder if it'll use carbon? They made a big stink about the carbon tooling for the LFA.. Surely something has to come of it?

Size seems odd to suggest a 30k price jump. Needs something more.

?

LC500 is a bigger car than the RC. Not sure what you're referring to. The "more" is refinement, luxurious, etc over the RC.

S class coupe starts at $121k with 449hp. BMW 650 coupe starts at $88k with 445hp. This Lexus with 467hp at $100k is right in line with the Germans.

I am reviving this thread to see if anyone has driven one? This car has been on my mind and starting to see used one's on the market for around 70k.. When this car hits the 50's it's going to persuasive buy.
