Default Lexus LS430

Hi all,

Just wanted to share with you guys some pictures of my new (to me) car. It is a 2005 Lexus LS430 Moonlight Pearl with about 75k miles. This car rides like a dream. If I had to describe the ride, it would most accurately be as if one were driving on clouds. The car is everything I expected and more from the supple, comfortable interior to the general quietness of the car/cabin.

I chose this generation over an 07-08 LS460 because I, along with many other 430 and 460 owners, find the LS430 to be a much quieter, smoother ride than the 460. Plus, I prefer the understated styling of the 430 to the 460. It looks more refined and luxurious to me.

Anyway, without further ado, onto the pictures as promised:

Thanks for looking.

One of my favourite luxury cars when I was a kid. There is definitely something about the early 2000's design, conservative and elegant. Still love it to this day.

Congratulations on the purchase.

I haven't paid too much attention to the lexus LS series but pretty sure your right about driving on clouds haha. However I always thought the LS400s where gangster as f@#k. I'm not talking about the nowdays hellaflush ones with 20inch chromes. Just talking about a stock black ls400, black leather interior with wooden trim.

I remember when I was at a kid and went to someones funeral. Some older man getting out of his ls400 back seat. Car was pretty new back then. I got a instant hard-on like it was a maybach or someshit, maybe even better cause you got that toyota reliability. I might be going a little overboard here.

The old LS400 had very bad/hard plastic feeling seats. I would not call it luxury compared to the later model Lexus.

Awesome. I prefer the GS line myself (2000 GS400 here), but the LS is a fantastic machine as well. I would sell mine for something newer and better, but have yet to find it!

No pics to post as proof dammit, but I have a 03 LS430 as my daily. Seriously best compliment to the S2k race car ever made.
