Congrats on that AP1.

Going to need:
-banjo bolts (baffle the oil pan while it's out)
-AP2 (or Ti) valve springs, retainers & keepers
-Seem weld front control arm area
-Larger radiator (AP1s run slightly hotter than AP2 due to the extra 1K RPMs)

Eventually, look at a front brake upgrade if you want your pads & rotors to last longer than 3-4 track days.

At a purchase price of $12k, all of that is still under $20k total.

Other than that, you're good to go. Happy driving. I had two consecutive years of 12-15 track days each year after i broke up with my GF (also got in 20+ days snowboarding both of those years)... Fun times
Fun times are ahead for sure. When life gives you lemons, buy a lemon colored S.

Ballade Sports upgraded the head with Supertech valves, valve guides/springs. I was told this addressed the AP1 valve retainer issue.
Banjo bolts and baffled oil pan are on the to-do list, but not before the first track day. BBK also.
Can you elaborate on the seam welding?

Logical upgrade to S2000 = NSX and another S2000!

The unfortunate truth. I made a channel update video in January.

I don't mind the lack of torque since this car will mostly live at 6-9k rpm on the track. The NSX will be my daily, and it has enough torque.

I don't think you'll ever not own at least one lol.

Thanks, for this Koyorad tip. I kinda remember the NSX had overheating issues, back when it first came out. IIRC, driving stop-&-go using A/C. Wonder why Honda never fixed this problem?

Photos of the new radiator setup would be nice.

you must not know what boost is.

Plenty of info and pictures in this thread. No need to buy expensive reinforcement plates, just seam weld where the factory used spot welding. only affects AP1s, honda addressed it with the AP2
