My car burned, gotta get a new one

We left and our house but it survived...barely. Car kept fire off one side, but it got around the car and blackened one side, while melting and cracking windows on the house. Anyway, everyone (wife, 4 kids and one on the way) is safe. I’m still stuck in a hotel and they all went back to Oregon for Xmas much earlier than normal. I join them Wednesday! Anyway, since this is a car forum...I’m getting a new car. I’m going to be buying it in SF and drive it back to LA...that’s the plan anyway. I’ve done something like this before. Should be a lot less drama then when I bought my orange car off of eBay and drove it back from Texas to SF. |
