If you are going to add any mods yourself i suggest a good roll bar from hard dog
Also, Cool Breeze Scoop, I wish they made these for S2000's.

I agree. The Miata really is a deathtrap without a good rollbar. The A pillars cannot support the weight of the car and they crush rather easily, leaving just your head to support the load.
Local Craigslist turned this one up -- and it's an M. Bonus for the automatic too. Sigh, why Mazda?

And yes, pad it. Mine looked so nice, got it powdercoated tan to match the interior... then padded it. Sigh.
On either Miata or S2000, I look left and there's that face-mangling top frame inches away.

But white is the worst color for resale etc (from my limited knowledge)
You can easily sell the hardtop for 700.
It has leather so I'd think it has power mirrors.
(Pretty sure if 94-96 has power mirrors, it has LSD
If you're in texas, check out http://www.funcarsforsale.com the guy is Bob Palmer. Very straightforward guy - respected on miata.net too
Let him know Nick from Jersey sent you - I was all set to buy from him until I found out delivery was 50 to 75 cents a mile
