Any more cars under $10k? I will be buying one in less then a month.
Celica was my first option, but there are pretty much none in WA under $10k. GT preferred (GT-S if cheap enough).

Well..I actually owned one, and put about 20k on it and was very happy. I dont think that all phase 1 engines [DOHC 2.5] will blow headgaskits. but dont pay 9k for it. have a leakdown and compression test before buying. you could offer less and just have the timing belts and headgaskets replaced at the same time. good luck

i would think $6500 or so is a much more realistic price for that car. My sister-in-law has a 1998 w/ about 100k miles.
she never drives hard, but the car has needed some more than normal stuff....Oil pump I think was one of them........
