If you read Clarkson's review that I linked on the previous page, you will see why he has a soft spot for Alfa's.

As far as a test drive goes, I have a busy couple weeks coming, including Lasik, and when that is all sorted I will give it a shot. Only one Alfa dealer in town and don't know if they have one, let alone let me drive one. I was a little relieved seeing how easy Hammond could pop out of it though. I am shrimpy, so ingress and egress should not be a problem for me.

Still doesn't explain how a car that's similar size, drivetrain configuration with the same safety and convenience features and a lighter tub material weighs 500 pounds more than another one just because the badge is different

The U.S. spec car is 342lbs heavier than the EU model. Without AC and Radio the EU car comes in at 2153.

The 4C is neat, but paddle only transmission and teeny engine pushing 22psi (doesn't seem to leave much room for mods)... Plus it's hundreds of pounds heavier than it was designed to be.. Feels like a gyp.

Ill stick my 2100lbs Exige which also lays down 235rwhp.

Someone could explain how toast is made and you wouldn't understand it, so it's no surprise why this is confusing you.

Still a little sore about bragging about the cobbled together "supercar" you bought that doesn't quite work?

Yep, this exactly. Exige S for the win.

LOL!! Trolls, gets called out for it, ignores the reason for the added weight of the Alfa, then scrambles to bring up an old argument he lost... all in the hopes to save face haha

Brilliant.

Vader, if it matters, the 4c is easier to get in/out of than the Elige twins. This is coming from a Scottish jockey .

Remember, we have no room for personal arguments or attacks here. Debate the car, not each other guys.
