I would be very surprised to see it here..

Considering that the A3 VR6 Quattro can reach 40k... I doubt we'd see a S3 here...

3 door hatch A3s are sick!! they should bring those over to the US. 5 door A3s are kinda pointless since the A4 comes in avant form, with the prices of the A3s being not that much less expensive than the A4s.

You bring up an interesting point that I haven't seen discussed in the VW forums.. I'm willing to bet there are uprated clutches.

correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the roughtly 260tq "limit" is for the DSG box only. That the manual does not fall into that category. And from the looks of it, the S3 is a manual.
