I don't think that's the Landcruiser.

It looks very much (except for the grille) like a Japanese version of the upcoming Lexus GX470.

It IS the LandCruiser in Europe. It's an interesting topic that has a lot of Land Cruiser owners talking. Before.. the Land Cruiser was sold in various forms in Europe with specific names like Land Cruiser 90, or Land Cruiser Amazon, including our larger American style one. But now, they released just this model with no second name attached, which yes is the GX470 in America. This supports ideas and reports that Toyota is discontinuiing the Land Cruiser/LX470 platform. Lexus is planning to drop the LX470 after 2005, and replacing it with a luxury version of the updated Sequoia platform, which will then receive a larger 5.4 liter engine. This new model is to be called the VX540. Americans need more size, and people in Europe don't like the size of even our American Land Cruiser. So the slightly smaller GX platform works well for Europe, and the Sequoia platform works well for America.

BPU Killer.. GX470 and the new 4Runner are on the same platform! But that model in the pics is definitely more of the GX470 parts bin. Doors, rear door, etc. I can't wait to drive one.
