That looks pretty sharp, though no one knows what it'll look like (yet). Assuming, of course, that they even make this car again.

Not bad. Interested in what the cost of the V8 version will be...Probably mid 50's. At that price, I'd take the C6 at mid 40's, but could understand why others would pay the extra 10 grand for Toyota 'reliability'

Are Toyota products NOT generally accepted as more "reliable"...? As for build quality, I would need a LOT of convincing. I recently drove a C6 z06 with less than 3000 miles on the clock and the carpet to the left of the passenger seat was completely unattached from the tunnel. Seemed really shoddy but I enjoyed all build quality aspects from the driver's seat, and I guess this is where it really counts, right?
Just curious.

I like it, and it will be a winner in marketplace if they go for it. Both models are great. Nothing kitch or over styled, just a sleek updated version of the last Supra. Toyota must want big sales numbers with this model as it does provoke emotions one way or another; most people will like it in general.
Yes, Toyota is "the" benchmark for quality throughout the auto industry.

I've seen these before, so old news yes. This concept is not all that distinctive, and downright plain and generic. It looks nice as a convertible, but even the Supra guys think it looks like an S2k in the back, which happens to be its best angle. The wheels are passable at best, and the front is definitely not of the league this new Supra is rumored to play in.
My assessment to Toyota (if it is indeed their penmanship): Do over!

I sincerely think Toyota will release a Supra or sports car in the near future. Regardless of when it'll be, I think it'll be a good-looking and decently powered car.
Off topic, yes, Toyota vehicles are generally regarded worldwide as very reliable. There's nothing to scoff at. GM does NOT have the same reputation. If you refused to believe that, then either you have a huge denial disorder or you've been living under a rock for the past couple decades.
