BREAKING NEWS:

It looks like a new sports car will debut at Tokyo Auto Show this October. It will be built off the NSX platform but with the 2.0L VTEC Turbo and Hybrid AWD/7DCT. It may have lower powered version which will be a non-hybrid and RWD.

Wow, I hope this is true. Can't wait to hear/see more! Not overly enthusiastic of a AWD Hybrid S2000, just sounds like it would be way too heavy... But a simplified vehicle with same engine and RWD could be a winner.

Oh and also would prefer a true manual gearbox, with rev matching like the 370z or the new Vette. They can keep the DCT for the AWD model.
