fyi skidpad and slalom numbers are not the only things that indicate how well ur car will handle....

for example, the Evo has higher skidpad and slalom numbers than the s2k, stock for stock. yet the s2k dominates the Evo at auto-x...

[QUOTE=negcamber,Aug 1 2006, 07:33 PM] Ask him in which SCCA stock SOLO2 class his Neon runs and in which class the S2000 runs.

his neon could out handle your s2k the same way a civic could. its not impossible but that doesnt mean anything really. a heavily modified car versus a stock car.

I saw Neons last year at buttonwillow raceway during the Redline Time Attack run faster time than a lot of cars.

The GM Cobalt won that competition. I don't see why a Neon with enough money could not be made just as fast.

I'd say its possible. Those SRT-4's are very capable for a 22000 car. While the S is an awsome ride, I would hesitate to call it "legendary". Oh yeah, it's still a Honda.

That should piss someone off.

Meh. It's still the most capable 2 seat roadster (some might even say sports car) this side of a Boxster S or Z4M, and has been for 7 years. That's gotta count for something.

Solstice GXP and Saturn Red Line aren't out yet, we will re-evaluate when they get here.

I'm talking about a 2005 SRT-4 ACR package w/ a BOV as his only mod
and his suspension is adjustable stock so he tightened it all the way
and he says he can outhandle an s2000 on any road because he
says he pulls more g's on the skidpad
