BWM S65 in the E9x M3. 414 hp at 8300 rpm. It’s an aluminum block, lighter than the I6 in the E46 M3. Imagine that engine in a z4. I could write a whole series on cars that should have been made.

Yeah that's a fun motor for sure. I had the pleasure of enjoying a friends White E92 with a tune and exhaust. Quite the great sounding v8 and had a really fun powerband that just pulled forever. Would be a pretty cool engine to have in the S2000 if it was a bit more reliable. The main bearings in those motors were a problem. It was recommended to change them at 60k miles if I recall. My friend bought with 35k miles and sold it around 60k. Smart move, but we missed it. Super nice car and there will likely never be another BMW like it.

They make a screen for it but I wouldn't need it, I'd be wearing a helmet like I do on my motorcycles with in helmet speakers, connected to bluetooth/music/phone, etc.
