Yeah, chrome plated aluminum. A very popular factory option. Go figure

It's completely solid and noise/squeak/rattle free. Except for the huge explosion at the back whenever I get on the gas.

Competition Gray they call those. I was hoping to find one with that option but every single car I came across had the chrome factory rims on it. I'll probably locate a set of the gray ones to use for the track.

One quick and cheap thing to do is put in LED interior lighting. It's cheap and makes the car seem more up to date. It's a good mod.. Also the Mild to Wild switch is a MUST!!

I never wanted to own one before but the Z06s we have at work just impress the hell out of me.

It's just set on wild all the time since the fuse is pulled. At some point I may install a switch for it but who knows. For now I'm digging the ruckus.

WASHINGTON -
Many motorists don't know it, but it's likely that every time they get behind the wheel, there's a snitch along for the ride......... Automakers have been quietly tucking the devices, which automatically record the actions of drivers and the responses of their vehicles in a continuous information loop, into most new cars for years.
I wonder if the black helicopters are going to track you down for pulling that fuse.

Nice! When I had my C5 Z06, I didn't think it got any better. Then a guy at work got a C6 Z06, took me for a ride and proved me wrong, haha! Since your new car is yellow like the sun, you should bring back the SUNBURN license plate.

Now all you need is a "corvette" hat and checkered t-shirt. You need more gray hairs though

Ya gonna bring it out for the Cars and Coffee track day? Maybe they'll finally have a fast corvette driver out there!
