Wasnt really sure where to put this. Password JDM posted on facebook earlier that they are shutting the site down. Im under the impression the guy is just done with it and wants to move on to better things in his life. I never personally bought anything from them, but if you had the money (for real, freaking pricey) they were reviewed well. Strange that they would shutdown all of a sudden. Any thoughts and opinions on this? Its sad to see, but I'll live another day without them.

Not strange to me. Never viewed them as a good, upper end company. Never will.

Not surprising really. I need both hands to count with fingers how many big companies have either gone out of business this year or are likely going to within the next year.

HPF is just up the street from us and we only really knew anything was up about a week or so before they closed shop for good.

Seen some of their Carbon Fiber pieces. Fit and finish were not the best.

considering how the owner Steve handled himself on these forums a while back, i'm not surprised. PWJDM didn't really bring anything awesome to the market either (for any car), so i can't say that i will miss them.

Not surprised. Between the issues here and the issues I've seen on the GTR boards I'm glad they have decided to pull the plug.

Tough times for any after marketing company. People don't have money!

He's making it sound like he's shutting the company down because he wants to do something different. If that was the case, why wouldn't he just put the business up for sale? I'm sure someone would buy it if the place is making money. This makes me believe there is a lot more going on than what is being shared.

Rumor has it he is just moving locations and the going out of business sale is just a ruse.
