I have less than 2000 miles on it and so far nothing is wrong.

I love the GTI. I wanted to get one at first but didn't really want to spend too much on a daily. I would for sure gotten the GTI if i didn't have my S.

This is my daily driver. She has just over 90K. 1.8 turbo with premium interior, multifunction steering wheel, upgraded stereo and 5 speed manual. Not too many with leather interiors and 5 speed manuals and a 1.8 turbo.

Maintenance costs for VW's are a bit higher than Japanese competitiors, but VW's got some models that have really nailed quality ride and steering.

My daughter is learning to drive and this Passat will be her's. I am thinking about replacing it with a GTI, grey with 18 inchers, DSG and premium leather interior.

Here is the toy:

By the way, I call my S the garage queen too.

Did you photoshop that picture of the Rabbit? There's a smudge next to the driver's side door on both the 3/4 front and side shot and the door looks severely misaligned (or open)...
