one thing is to greive and the other is to bring everyone else involve. Didnt these two signed something so the track is not responsible.

Exactly. Nobody takes responsibility for their actions anymore. It's always someone's fault. She is suing the people with money, not necessarily the people who are responsible. Shit happens, but in America, it's shit happens, now pay up. Frivolous lawsuits like this make everything more expensive for everyone in this country. Justifying crap like this just makes track insurance, porsches, and just about anything else for sale in this country more expensive. The only winners in this are the lawyers.
