I'm a simple man:
Boxster S $60k
Wrangler $25k
Morris Yachts M36 $350k
Downpayment on a small house on a quiet beach in Hawaii: $leftover
There are all kinds of old Ferraris that I'd take, like a Lusso or 330GTC, or a 427 Cobra, but I'd be fine with a Boxster S and some time to sail my boat, with the Wrangler for exploring and hauling the mountain bike.

Well seeing as how I do not have a garage yet, I don't really have the room. BUT, assuming I did:
1987 Buick GNX, black of course (hopefully as close to #1 as possible, could easily cost 6 figures)
1963 Split-window Corvette Stingray, silver or blue (could easily cost 6 figures)
1988 BMW M6, red (the original Shark, 15-23k)
2004/5 Ferrari 575M (well into 6 figures)
1970-72 Detomaso Pantera or Superformance Cobra coupe replica (60-80k)
Porsche 356 roadster replica (20-25k)
1968-1980 Toyota FJ40 or Nissan Patrol (8-12k)
2005 Jaguar XJ (high 5 figures)
Ah, I could go on forever, but those are some of them. I probably already crossed the agreed-upon limit though, especially with the 575M entry.

For 500k I would:
- 2006 Lotus Exige with track pack + mild (5-8 psi) forced induction- est. $59k
- 2005 Used Ferrari F430 Spyder with F1 paddles, cause all my other sports cars will be true manuals- $179K
- 2006 Corvette Z06 with intake, headers, and reprograming (good for 500-520 whp)- $75k- speed demon
- 2006 Land Rover Range Rover- $75k
- 2000-2001 Acura Integra Type R with Toda Spec C cams, new valve springs and retainers, 11.5:1 compression pistons, 16in Volk TE-37's, bolts-ons and needed ECU adjustments, 5.01 rear gears, Ziel B6 coilovers, Mugen sway bars, pair of red Recaros- $21k for sentimential purposes :-)
- 2006 Lexus SC 430- $65k (dated I know but still a quality product and love the interior, which I feel is better put together than the current Mercedes SL and more reliable)- daily driver, along with the Range Rover
- 2006 Ford F150, barebones for fishing trips but with V8- $25k
Total- 500k

I know this is a little fantasy, but I just can't understand people who lust after the idea of having 10-12+ cars kicking around. Yeah, I mean, we've all had that daydream of a museum full of exotics, and there are about 15 different Porsche and Ferrari models alone that I'd like to own, but not at that same time. I just really can't get excited about the thought of having more than like 4-5 cars. I figure, a DD each for me and the wife, and then we each get a fun car, and MAYBE one more classic or something. But really, even 5 cars seems like too much to really enjoy them all. I'd rather trade them in then just keep accumulating cars that I rarely drive.
